It is not a ‘stealth fighter’ - sure it has a reduced radar cross section.. It is still quite visible but it is harder to spot at BVR when viewed through modern radars, older systems that are still used by Russia and China are thought to be able to see it relatively well. The F-22 in comparison is a ‘stealth fighter’.
