Oh that is GREAT! I hope you will find a way to engage your future students' interest. I know I learn way better when I care about it... and it does take inspiration (from teachers, among other things) for me to feel that way. It sounds like a tough world for teachers with standardized expectations and little money

Wait, what?? Which channel? And the gif is hilarious.

Yeah I was like "wait did he just say that?"

I really hope he gets to women's health at some point...

Loved the goofy grin.

I'm so glad he mentioned better regulations for faulty medical devices. That is a nightmare.

I really like what he is saying about teaching creatively instead of teaching to the test. But how could we encourage that?

Your TV is fine. Boehner is, as Colbert would put it, hickory-smoked.

Michelle is a vision in blue. :)

I watched a video with him discussing the the speechwriting process. Here it is: [www.latimes.com]

Ow oww Effie lookin good! Smart choice with McQueen. I'm so excited to see the fashions (especially in the Capitol) from the book. I also really want to see more of Katniss and Peeta's fire outfits in the initial interview. So far I've only had a brief peek and it's tiny on the trailer. Are there any good images of

Having fallen in the gap once, I can tell you it is absolutely terrifying. In my case, I slipped on some ice that was on the platform and landed straight in the gap. Thankfully, someone who worked on the train noticed and pulled me right out. But oh my god... the possibilities.

Uhhh... Did the find the rest of the body? I once had my leg jammed between the platform and the train after a slip... and still have the scar to show for it. Thankfully the train conductor/manager for that car helped me out.

The thing with clinical volunteering/research is that there's usually some screening and training involved so it takes a while. The easiest is to start applying now, go through the legwork (finding a hospital, go through their training sessions) and start in a few months. With that said, typically local hospitals will

Yvette handled that really gracefully. I'm not sure I would have been able to to the same. Props to her!

Congratulations! So awesome. Yay! I cried after my first one hehe

I really can't stand Santorum and his politics makes me rage. With that said, this glitter bombing is not the best way to... accomplish anything. It is not civil. It is not mature. (And both those statements unfortunately reflect current American politics).
