I see your reasoning but in all honesty the last gen version is basically a port. Its’ not a completely separate campaign that is built solely for last gen. So yes $15 for a campaign port sounds about right to them.

Probably we have to thank Arenanet about that. When they planned Guild Wars 2, the overall command was "see this guys? they are our artists. Whatever the fuck they come up with, you have to recreate." And pretty much they did. What we see today in many games is a follow up to that trust in the artists.
