GM’s version:
Edit: Oh, forget it. Kinja is stupid, my joke was stupid, and it was supposed to be a picture of U2's Rattle & Hum.
Not this one- the non-turbos got a true five speed (didn’t have the overdrive button on top like the turbos did.)
My first Volvo was an ‘89 740GL 5 speed, and I fell in love with the 480 when the Air Force kindly deployed me to RAF Fairford for a summer in the late ‘90s.
Can confirm: am nerd.
Are you sure they weren’t just ordered by a bunch of Russians but never delivered?
Nope. They’re the passenger version.
Ok, everyone just stop right there. These planes were built but never delivered. They have been in Boeing’s possession since new. Look, I realize the Russian jokes just write themselves, but in this case...nope. They can’t have been repo’ed because they were never delivered in the first place.
I’m hoping this will be allowed under a technicality as it’s not a convertible, per se:
Scene:
Me, driving on the Spaulding Turnpike near Dover, New Hampshire in a blinding rainstorm- the kind where sensible people go about 45 mph on a four lane divided highway...and most of the traffic was.
In front of me, a white…
Not from Buffalo, but have spent enough time there to know that I like it.
I like Buffalo (the city) a lot. Fight me.
Are Outbacks SUVs? Are we having this discussion, now?
Boy, these first-gen CLSs haven’t aged well at all, have they?
Nah, this is a good one that I’d like to see adopted nationwide to be honest.
Nope, not a state-level thing. DOT specifies that either is optional, and it’s whatever the OEM decides to put on that model of car.
If by “my area” you mean “The entire North American Continent,” I guess you’ve got me.
I’ve driven behind cars with the cats obviously cut out.
Keep the cat, please.
Yeah, but New Hampshire is kind of the Florida of New England.
Turn signals. They should be amber. Always. Never red.
What REALLY bakes my noodle is that the Germans actually go out of their way to make US/Canada-specific taillights with red directionals when the ones they use in Europe (with ambers) would be completely compliant in the US.
25 year import rule. Thanks, Mercedes-Benz!
Whatever Jaime Lannister drives, it’s an automatic.
