The title had me thinking you were wrapping a breaded mozzarella stick but a cold mozzarella stick with warm cheese around it would taste great.

The other night I made a cup of rice, black beans (150z can), diced tomatoes with green chiles (150z can)and teaspoon of onion powder. Melted in my mouth.

You’re right about the lemon. For me 1/2 teaspoon is enough lemon flavor. 

I’ve been enjoying low/no salt soups all winter long. I found that adding 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper to chicken soup, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder to minestrone and 1/2 tsp of onion powder to vegetable gives each a nice bit of flavor.
