That’s information I could have used 25 years ago... when I first moved out of my house into my own apartment. I could make decent meals, but at the time I was doing a labor heavy job and was too tired to wash multiple pots and dishes. So I bought a lot of box mac n cheese and packaged pasta meals. Never got used to…

I use avocado oil, high smoke point and no flavor.
