I don’t have an AC in my bedroom, so during the day I cover the one window with a dark curtain that keeps it cool. I’ll put my tower fan at the foot of my bed to keep me cool while I sleep. If it’s warm, I’ll stick a foot out into the path and it cools me down.

I use to heat up olive oil in a skillet then add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, sliced mushrooms, and cauliflower rice and cook them till they got mushy. Scoop into a bowl and eat.

Back in the 80's one of my neighbors threw out their hot water heater and it sat in their front yard for several days. My friends and I would sit on it and pretend it was a spaceship or submarine.

As a kid of the 70's, I got Midnight Express and Marathon Man mixed in my mind to the point I thought Billy was running a marathon in his cell each day so he’d be able to run away. Then forgot about both films until a few years ago and watched them both.
