One bad thing about turning 50 last year, I was bent over scrubbing my tub and when I stood up straight, my back was sore. Next day I bent over to pick something up and it spasmed and it took several days to recover.

Growing up in the suburbs of Westchester County NY, where a good portion of the families were Italian due to their participation in building the Kensico Dam, they never had a problem wearing green and celebrating St Patrick’s Day. Don’t feel bad about being a wee bit Irish.
