Yes. By a fair amount. It looks like the diesel CX-5 has around a 9-second 0-60 time. A 4 cyl Camry is around 7.5-sec, a hybrid is a hair faster and the V6 is in the low 6-second range.

Neither, 1440p @ 144hz and cap at 120hz- unless you want a screen under 24", over 38" or sit an inch away from the screen. I’ve always been happiest with monitors in the 100-120ppi range, and doubling that (Retina iMacs) doesn’t improve much and requires scaling because I can’t afford 4x the GPU muscle. 

I got a 144hz G-SYNC monitor last year and it was a revelation going past 60hz without screen tearing. That said, I can’t notice much of a difference between 100ish fps and 144, so I usually cap my framerate at 120fps and use that as my target for quality settings.
