and it's all happening, in a browser! lol. let ssee how this runs on a nexus… lol.

Is that an apartment complex? I'll take that view...

"actually use" - yeah… you forgot what website you write for.

I used to run my entire home theatre with a mac mini and a series of external hard drives and a usb audio interface. When my son was born, I removed a drawer from my tv stand, drilled ventilation and cable holes, and a few pieces of velcro to keep things from shifting, and then reinstalled the drawer. I put the mac

I can't stop imagining it inside me! AGH!

How in the hell am I going to convince my wife to return her 3rd generation now while she still can, and wait another couple weeks for a new 4th ten with LTE?

I see now that is a sub. the audio engineer in me shudders though. low frequencies should always be as close to the center of your listening stage as possible.

yeah, apple responds really well to 'demands'...

I feel like they could have easily done $300, but that extra $30 over the iPod Touch means less confusion at the register. To me, it just comes across as greed. if they had nailed it to $250 or even close, I would probably sell my 1st generation iPad to get one.

they said it runs more energy efficient than the last model. less energy = less heat. I have no cooling problems with my last gen iMac

It's not that thin. I think the bulge in the back is unsightly compared to the curves of the last generation iMac (of which I own 2) and even though it's only about 5 times a year - I still use that optical drive for ripping a dvd or cd or burning something for a friend.

this thing will be perfect for her.

'you know, for kids'

I considered it, but didn't look too closely. the guns on the right, and the bookshelf monitor speakers are def. the giveaway.

most importantly - it's clean. what is that thing on the right that could be HAL's big brother?

my exact thoughts... nice thing about faders though, they can be moved. it does look pretty boss for the pic though.

Jesus H. Diaz

Sorry, Paul C this guys got you completely whooped. i'd venture to say this is photo contains the most monetary value of all shown so far... i can only imagine what that fracking cannon costs!

I just jammed an inch long section of a paper clip into my wifes macbook charger (if you've ever owned a macbook for more than 9 months, you know where) and wrapped the shit out of it with electrical tape...

I work in graphics, and have a massive movie collection, and I still weigh in under 2 terabytes of stuff… unless you're a photographer or an editor, what the hell do you need 10+ hard drives for?
