Joseph Cassilly sounds like a clown. Tell him to take a trip to L.A. and the surrounding areas, where cameras are everywhere. There is no expectation of privacy in public. It's public. This is probably lost on him. He doesn't come across as the brightest bulb. He's probably a 25-watt bulb. He works, but he's dim.
