The thing about that is... most people, especially those of us who just learn of something from the tv or internet, will never see or come into contact with said "evidence" in the first place.

that's true. they should have started their auction price high enough where they at least break even. But they probably draw more attention and bids by starting lower. it's always a gamble. personally i think ebay's fees are too high! they take ~10% between ebay and paypal.

If they didn't open them, they'd likely still be within their window to return for a full refund. Much better than selling at a loss.

The pokemon 3ds xl's don't actually come with the game. their normal price is the same as other xl's. the animal crossing, and zelda editions do include the game, but only digital.

Looks like target will have XL's for $150 on the black day. and walmart will have 2ds for $99 on black day.
I love the XL, but I like the 2ds as well, and if you're only getting it for a few specific games and want to save money, I'd get the 2ds (in fact, I did)

there was this string piece of music when you first go into the professor's place i think. it was beautiful. hands down the best piece of music i've heard in a pokemon, or almost any game.

i don't like the whiny jp voice, but the typical american overly-agressive-and-into-it voice is also a turn off for me.
