Like a lot of people, I knew she was going to snap, I just wish they had spent more time on the descent. Or better yet, more time with the rest of her team struggling with how they can support someone they were trying to make a savior that turned out just like every other person in her family. But yeah, from pretty

I liked it more than I thought, and it was actually a decently engaging mystery, but god damn I hope their voice director can get some better performances. The main cast sounds so terrible compared to the side characters (who, to be fair, are amazing VAs) that it got jarring. So many jokes that would have been good on

Also even MORE revealing outfits for women, and waistlines so tiny you need a god damn microscope to find them. But hey, we can’t say we’re surprised. Timm is nothing if not open about what he likes and the way he likes things. Also, I’ll take Bruce and Babs hooking up (still gross...) over Tim and Babs hooking up.

The cultural significance might not be huge, but from an industry standpoint, this has been an insane ride. 10 years since the announcement, a TV show that basically stole all the hype for the character, the wild decisions by the studio for pretty much every aspect of the DCEU, the back and forth on keeping then

What? This is another Sony Spider-Man Universe (SSU) movie like Venom and Morbius. The SSU still doesn’t actually have Spider-Man in it beyond just references to his existence. The “In Association With Marvel” thing just means it is using a character from Marvel comics. Kraven has no chance of crossing over with

Would have been easy to say “We rolled every bit of it up in to a ball katamari style and launched it over the impassible gorge to our neighboring kingdom. Let those assholes deal with a world ending threat for once.

Yeah that feels like the natural progression for that whole cave system, but you do have to wait for that little story element to kick in, so its nice that you can work your way in right away if you’re brave enough.

While that might still be the case, what was coming out in the beginning was the first bits of Gloom. They made a few very quick mentions of it in the beginning (and you see a memory of Zelda and Link talking to the Deku tree about it when they go to get the Master Sword again) seeping out and infecting people. That’s

I mean after the century of torment at the hands of the beasts and guardians, I feel like they would have wanted to basically destroy every piece of that ancient Sheikah technology. If nothing else because they couldn’t trust every piece of Ganon’s influence was truly gone or that nothing else could do the same thing.

I think only a few AC games have had you be a “Main character” as well. You’re pretty much treated as a cog in the corporate war machine, and there’s a story there if you’re willing to piece it together. A few times there’s something big, like the alien shit in AC2, but I feel like it can still be a pretty classic AC

God that reminds me of when I replayed AC1 a few years ago for nostalgia and was really thrown off by how giant all the trucks and other non AC shit was. Then I actually saw my AC’s height somewhere and remembered the scale issue. Was so strange.

This is not Space Force. This is an Air Force Space Command headquarters, and moving it to Alabama was a purely political move by Trump because leaving it Colorado keeps it near the other Air Force bases that would be utilizing it.

It is like if Onimusha and Okami performed the fusion dance.

Still fun to go back and replay story arcs. The game is also a lot easier to just play solo. That’s a good thing because most casual dungeon content is being done by people only interested in 100% optimized runs where everyone is on a stealth build. The ability to basically play any class with any ability set (with

Yup, one of each. Its wild finding them for the first time again down in the depths. Some of them you can stumble upon without really realizing it and end up triggering the fight totally unprepared. Makes the depths even wilder.

Stockman is listed as a character in the movie, too, so Superfly might end up with some connections to him. They also could have Stockman go the route of the original comics (and 2003 TV show) version and just become an ever increasingly deranged and dangerous cyborg as he loses more and more body parts.
More likely

It had a lot of good individual moments but the overall movie wasn’t as good as the original. It was very focused on telling a story about the perils of co-dependent relationships but it didn’t do that terribly well.

Or at least let the distance restriction go higher based on your battery life or something else that grows over the course of the game. I know the restriction helps keep you from easily breaking the game and accessing every island with ease right away, but it feels really tedious by mid-game.
