I hate twitter. every time I visit it or its related stuff my animosity rises. The who damage has been done. I will stick with my IRC and what ever tv show I am watching at the time. And will just have to learn to avoid the odeck on the weekends when who is on.

I approved of it. I don't think they could have done the split between Charles and Erik as well with out it. And I don't think it will take him out of the action that badly as long as they have a good script. With these things, the devil is in the script.

I don't think you can compare Thor. As you said no franchise. XFC had to over come the bad rap of X3 and XOW. If Thor had had to over come bad raps of a previous movie, it wouldn't have done as well.
