It's a GT, not a purpose-built sports car. People do use them as their primary commuter cars, and MPG figures do come up, even if that's not what draws people to Mustangs in the first place.

Mustangs have never really appealed to me very much. The current (last?) generation started to catch my attention when the Coyote 5.0 was put in it; such great numbers for such a low cost. The new Mustang has me running numbers in my head to see how soon I can sell my current vehicle and not lose "too much" money.
