I am in one of the trials and was unblinded a few weeks ago (I received the real thing). I was also exposed (thanks to the nature of my work) to the virus at one point AFTER receiving the vaccine and never developed any symptoms, whereas other people I know did.

This coupled with the fact new cases are dropping like a rock tells me the virus may have already burned thru more of the population (both symptomatic and asymptomatic cases) than anyone expected so far.

I had already lost most of my interest when I was told I couldn’t test drive it.
