Everyone understands all this, BUT you’re still not addressing the main issue: It is the Houses’ JOB to impeach when the President has committed an impeachable offense (ie a crime like obstruction of justice). If they can’t do their job then they shouldn’t be in office. Setting a precedent that the President can

Okay BUT

Impeachment proceedings would be a good thing, no? It doesn’t necessarily have to end with the Dems successfully impeaching him so much as just beginning the process and having constant hearings?

You impeach Trump not because you think the Republicans in the Senate will vote for it, but because that is literally their job. You put all the evidence on the table and show the public what occurred. You don’t just let the President commit crimes and shrug.

small quibble but its important.  You are incorrect to say profit.  That 15% is revenue, the banks still have expenses to adjust for before they realize any profit.

Isn’t it funny that Joe Biden announced his candidacy after this event was over? It’s like he didn’t want to have to go on stage and answer for his pro-segregationist, tough-on-crime, Anita Hill past.

There is an argument to be made about suppressing the right to vote for people currently in jails and prisons: we don’t ever accord rights absolutely, and they are subject to reasonable restriction (take note, gun nuts). Even First Amendment rights are frequently subject to time, place and manner restrictions (take

I’m always pro-union.

Officially?  No.  But you sure as hell slant your coverage to show your true intentions don’t you?  It isn’t difficult to read between the lines.

Education. Quite a lot of people struggle with finances because they have very little education or practical experience in that area. Schools teach math not money.
