I think it does. It's just like you can't really compare an E-ink screen with LCD. They are both screens, but they each afford different experiences. But what makes the iPhone so nice to use is the natural bouncing and dragging momentum of everything. Even if the software were the same, using a resistive screen on an

This is so fun. I wish you could retroactively apply the effects to a previously captured video.

I would think it would be melted away by now.

It doesn't break easily and if it does, just bring it into an Apple Store to get a free replacement. You obviously haven't used an Apple laptop trackpad. Not all multitouch trackpads are created equal. That is one of the parts of a computer you have to try before knowing and you can't just read it from a spec sheet.

That's why it said "this COULD explain why the beta software isn't quite right yet"

Hahaha that is so true. Where is that from?

They need to have those wind tunnels to simulate sky diving and have one of these setups below it zooming into Earth at the correct speed.

LOL, do you mean the buggiest bug that ever bugged? Or the gimmickiest gimmick that ever gimmicked?

Same here! I want compensation for my stained pants. I wasn't sure what to expect reading that title. Maybe Apple workers with popped collars or something, but that lead shot and the subsequent catalog items are just too much!

I can attest to this.

What is an enterprise tablet anyway? With the iPad, you have a great platform to develop for and it's relatively secure, but it's not marketed as such.

I don't know how it is better anymore. Does it still run applications no matter what? iOS's is like the same thing, but smarter by letting certain applications under certain parameters stay running. The only thing is that it doesn't have a snazzy interface.

You can read the entire patent somewhere at FOSS Patents and it's pretty interesting. Samsung was indeed saying there are no other ways to design products (which is false, looking at every other tablet out there).

Nice try.

I'm sure there are. I think Samsung should start designing their own products without looking at Apple as the gold standard. Even if there aren't people fooled into buying a non-iPad, it's just lazy and ridiculous that such a large company with resources and factories that I presume can put out multiple prototypes

Correct me if I'm wrong anyone, but was there actually a tablet with edge to edge glass coloured black on the underside before the iPad? It seems all tablets use that look now that it has become expected, but before, screens were lower than the plastic/metal bezel.

Wow that's very unique. That just pretty much proves that Samsung is full of lazy designers.

Lol sorry, I just found it funny that dad barged in and thought her daughter was talking about suicide.

Maybe the author of the article forgot that the iPad can use the SD card to import RAW images. I can imagine that this app would be a boon for editing photos on the go. I bought it for the iPhone and it's really great. It's super intuitive and new features are always added. They even have sharpening and tilt shift

I would love to see a touch laptop if it were like the Dell XPS2010M from a few years back. That thing was cool, but it was more a desktop than a laptop.
