Haha thanks for the advice. Maybe something more like 殺させるな or 殺される気か? おまえ instead of てめぇ? What do you think would be ideal for provoking a Japanese police officer?

Good list, but I think it could be improved with these additions:

I just thought Twilight Princess was meh. The items were so lame that even the game didn't want you to use them (I hardly remember using the ball and chain at all after the snow place), and on the same note, it loved the clawshot so much that it gave you two of them and every dungeon was dominated by their use.

I believe the proper term for the back and forth crouch has already been christened steamrolling or Cleveland Steamer, by my circle of friends back in Halo 3 times. Sorry.

"new used"? (jk I know what you mean.)

"Was"

Kotaku is not strictly a gaming news website. How long have you been here?

There's a limited edition!? I pre-ordered this back in October and I remember seeing no such thing. :/

I noticed it immediately. and I agree that the emulator is way better. I like Wind Waker looking like a cartoon, not like toys/dollhouse/claymation.

You know, the more I look at the screenshots the less I like the current state of the remake. It no longer looks like a cartoon, but instead like a bunch of figurines on a colorful playset. I hope they get rid of those "next gen" lighting effects and try to simulate the original look more.

More good news in this one post than E3 in it's entirety. 2012 and 2011 combined, even.

I am quite enjoying this game so far, but the battle system has me annoyed and frustrated.

No race, no religion, no in-group, no sect, no single person, no cult, nobody, ever, gets butthurt as easily as people in the military. You so much as mention them with any implication of anything other than "I respect the troops, god bless america, thank you," and suddenly there's a huge shitstorm. Sensitive much?

I played Yakuza 4, and only got about halfway through Saejima's story before quitting partially out of annoyance and partially from boredom. The fights are just too repetitive and difficult. I wish there was a game like Yakuza that wasn't based around a typical beat-em-up engine. I just don't like those kinds of games.

The Japanese have that party gag "caucasian kit" thing that includes a big nose, among other things, and the comments are all like, "haha well we make fun of them all of the time, so I guess it's fair." Some American guy makes an app that does the same thing in reverse, and the entire internet is ablaze with people

If there turns out to be an afterlife, it's gonna suuuuucccckkk for a lot of people, no matter what, since there are more than 20 major religions, and that's if you don't split christianity (and others) into its many, radically different sects (Mormonism, Catholicism). Most of these have their own afterlifes, some

Keep rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin'

I never said there was a game with more responsive controls when it comes to dancing. But since you asked, Dance Dance Revolution, and the dancing minigames in just about every game, ever that didn't involve motion control. You can include the "better music" in that as well. There's a nearly half second delay in any

I have fun nearly every day, and I daresay I can partially attribute this to not having played Dance Central. Actually, I wouldn't even go so far as to say it's not fun. There are just better games, with better music and more responsive controls. I don't have to play it to know that. I have no interest in dancing, and

Really? That's the best comeback you've got? Obviously, I was insinuating that it is a bad game. I thought somebody replying would play off of that, like maybe accusing me of never having played it (I haven't) or asking me if I really don't have anything better to do than make negative comments on articles about games
