I usually don’t believe anything right away, even on the major news services. It was pretty common for the CNN host to say “We don’t want to speculate...” which was then immediately followed by “but” and then they go on and speculate anyway.

It would be insane to try to avoid those tolls, except imagine all the businesses that would love to have you pass them and perhaps spend a bit of money.
