The Eagle was a very plausible design, which is one of the reasons the series seemed to start on such a positive footing. The logic of interchangeable modules, the detachable command module, all seemed like functions a utility craft for a moonbase would possess. It was a moon pick-up truck.

Voyager had episodes with a future Federation time travel ship. Enterprise had the more vague time traveling agent.
