I’ve encountered Great Dane service dogs (the owners were women in wheel chairs). I suspect their strength, size, and docile nature are probably considered bonuses for some folks.

Service animals and emotional support animals are not the same designation. Emotional support animals do not receive the same ADA exceptions.
