What is even left to say about this kind of thing anymore?

If everyone had RPG’s this could have all been avoided!!
the nra would like everyone in that crowd to be armed. when the shooting started, they could have all turned in unison and sprayed the side of the hotel. shooter was on the 32nd floor, so yeah you’d have some “collateral damage”, but you have to break some eggs to make an American omelet.
Yes, after a shooting is always the time to pay lip service to improved mental health care in this country. Then once everyone’s forgotten about this shooting they can turn around and vote to end insurance coverage for mental health care.
From your description, I’m guessing you’re a fellow Aussie and you’re talking about Port Arthur? It really is an experience worth learning from. While we may never have been as big on guns as America, gun ownership used to be seen as a big part of rural life, and there were some shocked reactions to talk of a ban. But…
Fucking America and its guns. This shit has to stop.
I was about to say something about gun control in America...but then I remembered Sandy Hook and realized if that didn’t change anything, I doubt this will. I really hope I’m wrong about that.
Little moment I liked in this episode, from a character I enjoy that I know almost everyone hates: Melissa defending her being drunk while piloting the ship and getting them all lost: “I’m on my honeymoon!”
Seriously, AV Club, what do I need to do to get out of the grey?
I really hate that Annie Liebovitz cover photo though. Kate looking ultra-pale and grim, wearing a be-clowned dunce cap. Liebovitz is an unimaginative hack.
I was a little unsurprised but pleasantly satisfied with Alien Abduction 2 this time...but only for 3 things: 1. Kate McKinnon 2. Kate McKinnon 3. Cecily Strong’s utterly unbreakable composure opposite everyone else’s near-complete loss of bodily function as McKinnon simulated a rimjob on a shaking Gosling.
I agree…
remember when Manson was the biggest thing people had to worry about?
Have some decency! The accident just happened and you’re already trying to politicize it. Now is NOT the time for for discussing oversized prop gun control.
Ghetto superstar, that is what you are.
SNL movies are to be consumed on Saturday and Sunday afternoons when hung over. Or to be half-watched in the background to kill time during multi-day holiday gatherings of extended family. If the reviewer didn’t watch under these conditions their grade is worthless.
Amy Pohler and Tina Fey Play Cards Against Humanity would probably be a decent Netflix comedy special.
The House is a typical SNL casted funny film. It’s not amazing, or groundbreaking, but an easy watch because of the actors. Falls in line with:
Mark Hammill is great fun, as is the cast of Star Trek: TNG and Rob Liefeld
I would also gladly eat at Hot Dog on a Stick on a Stick in the afterlife. And the knish places because knishes are fucking awesome.
Sushi & The Banshees is everything I want from this world.
