I somehow had an easy time with these. I per-ordered the Series X without any issues. And then with the PS5 I figured I would wait until the hype died down, but then on Sunday I walked into a Walmart and there was a PS5 just sitting in the display case and I brought it.  Got extremely lucky.

I had basically no issues either, I came in 15 minutes late too. Got on MS site, filled in my info, ordered, then it did start over. But then just filled it out again and it went through. I was surprised to hear about all the issues because based on what I saw it was pretty smooth.
