I have reread the first 3 books 3 times, only got to Crows once. But I have been told the same by other people, that they didn't like it at first read, but on the second go around it was much better, easier to understand and follow.

I wasn't a fan of crows. After the Non stop twists and turns of the first 3 books, I wasn't expecting crows. Too many new characters and POV's that I just didn't care about. Thats not to say it was a bad book and nothing important happened in it, just not as good as the first 3 IMO.

I myself am not a big drinker, so hard for me to answer that from my own perspective. But the person I game with (brother in law) is and it does effect him. If we are playing rock band, 5 stars usually go to 3 stars by the end of the night, but really that doesnt matter to us since its just as fun sober or not.

I know its a lot to ask. But with Tanks, Airstrikes, Jets and all these powerfull weapons, you can still only destroy people and Cars, just like GTA3 10 years ago. When can we hope to start destroy buildings with our tanks outside of the battlefield series.
