I’m not defending this stupid investigation but any traffic related incident can be road rage. It’s just rage that refers to the attacking driver. Things like not moving fast enough through a crosswalk can set off crazies. That would be road rage.
I know that the scenario lends itself to a hate crime narrative but shouldn’t there be actual demonstration that the murder is motivated by her being Muslim? Did he say anything about it that the other girls heard? Is there social media or other evidence of him spreading hate towards Muslims?
