Don’s good performance is definitely of a more recent variety. His on air history is filled with gaffes and was the recipient of Columbia University’s WOrst Journalist of The Year award. Enjoy the best of his worst.

You *do* realise the Senate was created the way it was so that large populous states wouldn’t enact economic measures that came at the gross downside to the smaller states? So that all *states* would be equally heard? That the concern was mostly about *states* because at the time the constitution was written, the…
Loosely translated, OP and the other commenters mean to say, “It isn’t fair that that the large population centers on the coasts get the same number number of Senators as all those states in flyover country where the dumb people live.” They say that because
Wow, that’s like almost the purpose of the Senate, equal representation of all states within the these UNITED STATES. Weird how you all want to change the fundamental aspects of our Constitutional Republic when you lose elections.
Get stuffed.
I get the fact that our government is far from perfect, but having representatives that reflect the population is the role of Congress. The Senate is to give each state an equal platform. This was created because a state like Rhode Island was afraid that they would never a chance to air their views.
And somebody GET ME PHOTOS OF SPIDERMAN!
I heard that it was actually Kavanaugh who did 9-11
So...10% of a company’s equity is just locked away? I mean, not all companies pay dividends.....
Let’s all make an uninformed opinion on an event we have zero knowledge of and assume the big bad man who is on the other side of the political spectrum from us did this thing he is accused of from decades ago!!!
Yeah, if you’re in a position to ride it out, that’s great. At worst you deal with a lower net worth for a few years, at best you pick up some assets on the cheap.
I don’t disagree with anything in your post, and having grown up in Gary I’ve certainly seen my fair share of oppression.
Posts like this are part of the problem. Even if the US were to become heavily socialist, the success of theoretical socialism would depend upon how good the elected officials regulating it would be. Based upon the country’s track record, I’m not sure I like those odds. Changing systems doesn’t suddenly eliminate the…
So glad to know I don’t exist. I can stop paying all these bills.
This is long on abstract bashing of a well worn stereotype, but a bit short on citing specific thing that specific candidates have said that you believe are centrist triangulation. But besides all that, we’re down to a very small number of primaries at this point. The candidates, with a few exceptions, are who they…
My entire block forgot it was Labor Day week and trash will come tomorrow, so everyone’s trash is already out like assholes (me included).
I choose to look at it as a small voice being amplified to be heard among the big shouty states.
I’m pretty sure that most anti-fascists don’t understand what fascism is. In fact I have proof for it below.
That sounds like a mistake Don would make.
Agree on the need for transparency. I think one of the current problems is that no one pays full price at the time. No one would pay $50 for an ace bandage, but if your copay is $5, the insurance pays $15, and the hospital writes off the other $30, it happens.
At the absolute minimum there should be itemized bills in a clear, 7th grade reading level. Most of medical bills have incredibly fancy words that basically say “For a thing”. I dream of seeing a min/max/median for each of those lines just for the hospital itself.
