Same here. I have a 4.3 inch screen and have no problem typing with one hand. I even use swype and can get around the whole keyboard very easily. It also fits in my pocket without any issue.

The M50s are actually in the $150 range ($160 on Amazon). The HD280s, while the MSRP is $150, is found easily for much cheaper ($82 on Amazon).
