The making of the game became immediately relevant when the End Product was sold to consumers. The game had animation flaws that shouldn’t have made it out of QA and into the final release for a full price AAA title.

Tier lists can get pretty scientific with which character has better framerates on attack, recovery, and counter options. Even the lowest tier character is still dangerous in the hands of a highly skilled player though. Skill > Tier. UNLESS two players are of equal Skill, in that case the Tier weight increases a lot.
