I remember when some TERFs on Twitter were trying to frame a Nazi and torturer who was assassinated by the French Resistance as a girlboss…

You just really love throwing your support of hired thugs who participated in a massacre (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ludlow_Massacre).

Also Pinkertons were hired thugs business would employ to break up strikes, in one instance by literally dropping bomb on strikers (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Virginia_coal_wars).

I mean look at Cobra Kai, it’s doable in theory.

Yes, the deranged old man from Don’t Breathe is now a #girldad, struggling with his daughter’s practically Disney-ready dreams: She wants to be where the people are, even if that just means spending more time with the kids from the local group home she sees around town”

I’ll repeat what I’ve said previously about Flashpoint: If the antagonist is The Batman Who Laughs I will refuse to watch this movie out of spite.

I remember that scene in Green Lantern where Hal uses the ring to throw two drunk guys into a brick wall hard enough to break it, almost certainly killing them. Which, per the comics, makes no sense since Green Lanterns can’t use the rings to kill unless authorized by higher ups.

Yeah, I liked The Suicide Squad because it actually felt unabashedly like a comic book, but like a comic book from the early 2000’s. Overly reliant on excessive gore. This isn’t a bad thing it’s more an observation

The guy you’re replying to openly admits to calling me a slur so I really don’t think it’s wise to engage with him.

I would have loved to see Universal have the O’Connells fight other Universal Horror Monsters.

Honestly, even the episodes where the show has a marginal point that’s worth a damn usually had some fucked up ideas. Like Go God Go had the right idea that Dawkins’ brand of Atheism is just as antagonistic and dickish as religious fundamentalism. But it’s resolved with heavy transphobia.

The moniker of Excalibur is already taken...

South Park is just a centrist comedy with dick and poop jokes that spent the past 20+ year with shitty takes such as:

That’s Wolvie, a child-friendly variant of Wolverine from the Mojoverse.

It’s pretty self evident that she told people about the plan. Just not Poe. It was on a need to know basis because even mentioning the possibility there is a spy could tip the spy’s hand that they’re compromised.

Poe was a last minute addition to TFA. He was supposed to die in the TIE Fighter crash. But Oscar Isaac is just so charismatic that Abrams let his character live.

I think it’s just the fact that there’s nobody left at the end of TLJ and they need all the help they can get.

It’s also a Christmas movie…
