One category that has 5 answers but one of the answers belongs to a different group?

I wish on the last group you had to somehow guess the theme, since when there’s just 4 words left it’s easy to solve them. Like you can only progress if you somehow can guess what times them together or something.

The raw speed is obviously very impressive, but the slickness of that transition is the real wow factor here, IMO. Open map, select fast travel, fade out/in in the exact same timeframe would be significantly less impressive than this map level geometry blending wizardry.

I ended up watching the video. The owner says it’s $25 for the day. He also says you can leave and go get lunch and come back. No charge for readmittance. These guys are doing it right!

Maybe you should try understanding “tankies” in good faith. You’ll find that this is actually not at all surprising.

On the other hand, I will be happily ungreying any comments that are against Israel’s war crimes.

“Low rent” would suggest that this is some $5-10 trifle that’s intended to be poorly crafted, dumb fun. This game is retailing at $40- while certainly not AAA territory anymore- it is no small sum. Nobody should be happy that this game ‘exists’ at this price point.

Toriyama got sick of it being too serious, which was his decision to make. It didn’t matter to him that American fans would get upset when it became sillier again.

Correction, it got popular in the West around Z. It’s been popular in Japan from the get-go, as have his more gag-oriented works like Dr. Slump and Neko Majin, and I’m sure Toriyama cares much more about domestic opinions than those of a bunch of American weebs.

It’s also pretty funny. I actually went back to the Buu saga via the Shonen Jump app and was actually pleasantly surprised how much of a return to form for Toriyama’s “gag-based” past it was.

The stuff with Fat Buu is pretty hysterical.  A lot of black comedy with that one.

You sound like a Dragon Ball Z fan and not a Dragon Ball fan. Dragon Ball was slapstick and gag humor. For crying out loud, Oolong saved the day in Dragon Ball when he wishes for a young girl’s panties.

Dragon Ball started out as a whimsical action/adventure manga with tons of gag elements to it. That’s where its roots are.

Outside of character design, Toryama's involvement is hardly a guarantee of quality. 

They don’t want another Charles Martinet - don’t get me wrong, I love Martinet, Nintendo loves Martinet, EVERYBODY loves Martinet, but they boxed themselves into a situation where an actor was iconic enough for fans to notice and talk about him.

Never touched Overwatch 2, and I loved playing Overwatch. Blizz execs are getting a little ridiculous with the cash grabs.

Nothing like overpriced cross brand nostalgia bait to remind you the game company you once loved is dead.
