It was Xenoverse 2. Takahata (who also did a voice for Xenoverse 1, and voices Cell and Nappa in DBZA), KaiserNeko (King Kai, Trunks), and Lanipator (Vegeta, Piccolo) each did a custom character voice pack. Yeah, I am not here for the Conquest erasure.  I played this game for over a hundred hours.  I was still playing it when the 3DS came out.  By far my favorite Pokemon spinoff and more than deserving of a sequel.
