“It was actually two pieces the whole time.”
“It was actually two pieces the whole time.”
Both the PS2 and the re-release on PS3 suffered from crippling framerate issues—most noticeably in boss fights with lots of projectiles. I want to say the battles featuring the Queen of the Underworld/Netherworld/whatever were particularly guilty of this.
That’s fine if any particular kickstarter is too much of a gamble for you, you have to make your own purchasing decisions. I’m just saying to grant other people the same privilige: If a gamer knows the company, understands the risks and still wants to back a kickstarter, then that should be their decision to make.…
It’s called Odin Sphere: Leiftrasir. One of the most beautiful PlayStation 2 games ever made is going HD.
And yet megaman legends is going underfunded =/
“Play our game and tell your friends so we’ll make lots of loot!”
Back before Sony gots its grubby little mitts on Crash Bandicoot, Universal Interactive Studio toyed with the idea…
You can’t tell me how to feel. He did touch my life. My life is in HUGE part gaming, so it’s normal for someone who is such an icon of the industry to matter. I grew up playing Kirby on the NES. I could agree, taking pictures might be a bit disrespectful, but you better believe if I was in Kyoto when this was…
Are you being serious right now?
“Some corporate guy trying to make money from cheaply made games.” Wow, that just goes to show how ignorant you are.
Iwata cut his own income just to pay the employees and to make sure that the company didn’t have to lay anyone off from lack of funds due to the difficult release of the…
Man, are you new?
I kind of agree on the pictures thing, that just seems inappropriate to me, but there’s nothing wrong with fans showing up (provided his family okay-ed it) for the funeral of a person they admired. Happens all the time.
Besides, he was the effing president of effing Nintendo, I’d say a significant portion of those…
Video games transcended being just playthings since Super Mario Bros. came out in 1986. When you have a legacy like that which extended three decades, giving fans innumerable fun times and emotional experiences, I think it’s entirely appropriate for those who cared about his work to pay their respects.
In every Iwata thread there has been one of you guys trying to shit all over this man’s death and shit all over his fans. Not taking into account that yes, he actually did touch millions of lives over the course of decades whether you choose to believe it or not, and I for one am getting damn sick of it. If he didn’t…
Ok, so if you think the games Nintendo makes are cheaply made you're even more clueless about gaming than you are about funerals.
“In my mind he will just be some corporate guy trying to make money from cheaply made games.”
You don’t have to know someone to be able to attend their funeral an pay respects. Who are you to say how a funeral should be run? Lots of people didn’t know Robin Williams yet he still touched our lives; the same goes for Freddy Mercury of Queen and many many more artists, actors, creators in our lifetimes.
And so…
Thousands attended a two-day funeral service for the late Nintendo president Satoru Iwata in Kyoto, Japan this week,…
The problem is that you don’t know if this is a positive or negative infinity.
To be honest very few forms of media treat evolution accurately. Actually let’s just make that science in general.
