Wait, FLCL was a comedy? It was a good show on many levels, but I don't remember ever really laughing at it. Don't think One Piece is really a comedy either now that I think about it, it's more of an action/adventure anime.

Now playing

Give me a full-length movie for this overlooked Ghibli short film/music video:

GTFO

Well I love One Piece and this made me smile. Pretty sure not liking One Piece is on the sociopath checklist.

It's worrying when the guy who is 41 is the young talent.

Every quote from Miyazaki is how much he hates new things and what not so it makes you wonder if he is stifling things in the studio. I wish they would just make what they want to make rather than what would be "good to make" which sounds like saying something that sells.

It needs to start even earlier than that. I work in a day care and I teach pre-school-aged children consent. "No means no and stop means stop." gets tossed around a lot in my class. They ask for permission to touch or hug. They understand that there are ways to say no that don't involve talking (My class is 4 and 5

Amen. Really the bro gamers have ruined the damn industry. We used to say "oh well they're jsut bitching online, no worries" but they absolutely have effected the way the industry works.

Not only can you turn off mobs entirely, even if you leave them on you don't have to kill them. You can just run or go inside. And if you do choose to kill them, it's either for 1) food (survival), 2) materials, 3) self-defense, or 4) defending your possessions, all of which are legitimate reasons in real life.

"Not treading new ground" isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'd much rather take a game that does an old idea well than one that does a new idea poorly.

Holy shit is for PC? I'm so getting it, I thought it was shitbox exclusive

I would suspect if it does come to Mac, it'll be via a wine wrapper. Which isn't bad, but it's not native either, so there may be some slowdown with the nanners graphics this game looks like it has.

More than you'd think, and less than you'd hope.

Yeah... since when is this a world where a 12-15 hour game considered "short" O.o

Great review! But I don't see how 12-15 hours for a game like this is too short.
