I thought the point of the video was to show the mane six in a mock up anime opening scenario, not to show how one animates with pre-existing art just to cut corners.

Well after watching the "making of" video, even though the final product is really nice and all, a fair amount of the actual content was either heavily referenced animation, traced, or simply taken from something else like it says with the backgrounds.

Pretty sure it was already mentioned that any smash bros. character that has been removed before will not be in the new game, so that includes characters like Mewtwo and Roy.

Well there's nothing to prove here. She is a gamer, and none of the backers questioned or denied it. This has nothing to do with her being a gamer or not. What a handful of people were upset about was specifically whether she was a Mega Man fan or not, and how that would affect her job negatively as a CM.
