It feels like a nod towards previous traditions of expecting the need to explain your standpoints.  A tradition that existed before we had unfettered 24 hour access to every thought of all of our politicians, which cleverly hide what they are actually doing.

I really enjoyed the first game, but for some reason Endless Space 2 never grabbed me the same way.

I’m trying to be good with my spending, but this is coming along right as my current 2tb hard drive just failed, and I basically have to redownload anything I want to play again.

Uh, yeah. Pretty good.

I generally love watching people better at games play roguelikes, because I don’t ever feel like I can really keep up.  It definitely feels like a genre I should be able to get into, because the idea of incremental increases and no wasted play is absolutely enthralling to me.  I just wish so much of these roguelikes

“So long, eh Bowser.”?

Depends. If Gamefly gets Kingdoms of Amalur: Rereckoning to me today, I’ll probably just be playing that all weekend.

Otherwise, it’s trying to figure out if I can maybe just play Ck3, turtle on Ireland, and see if I can attach children to every single ruler in the world.

Needs more Refrigerator Senpai.

How many PS5s did they have at the PS4 launch?

Hence why they showed off the Harry Potter game, too.

I’m definitely aware, but it was more to clarify why I, like asmallcat, prefer edited content over streams.  I’m not blaming the streamers for their hustle, just saying it isn’t my preferred form.

Sometimes it is the option for my chaplain to convert religion or my steward to convert culture that alert me to a new province.  Or a really weird war with someone who isn’t Norse.

I’ve still not really let myself get into many Twitch streams, and tend to only watch streamers who only occasionally interact with their stream (or have specific breaks in game where it makes sense to do so). I cannot stand hearing a train of thought be derailed over and over.

The UI is better, but I think that it also comes down to how much time I had in CK2.  There is a simplicity to a lot of the screens, and much of the information is easier to get to and understand.  However, a lot of it is still tucked away behind buttons you may never notice until you watch someone else use an option

Maybe?... ‘Used to be a professional piece of shit’?

The Good: I played a veritable ton of Crusader Kings 3 and THPS1+2 this weekend (and Friday!).  Apparently, none of the insane amount of hours I played THP1+2 transfers over to playing on an Xbox controller.

I worked at one inside of a mall. If you stood on the roof of the mall, you could see two strip-mall style buildings that each housed another GameStop.  At one time, there was talk of adding another down in what we call the ‘West End’, which is still off this main road.  There would have been four GameStop locations

I’ve had no hope for this title, and hadn’t even really watched much on it until a little while ago when I saw the Rodney Mullen interview and had a wave of nostalgia smack me in the face from middle school. I’ve watched NerdCubed absolutely giggle at how much this game is what we remember and more.

Oh, Ubisoft...

I’ve been an early adopter of almost every system, but I think this one will be the first one I wait until an after holiday sale, or at least a system packaged with a game I find interesting.

I kinda miss the days where I’d generate self-hype by putting another twenty dollars towards a system I’d pre-ordered after a
