I’ve liked almost all the iterations, but my favorite part about Assassin’s Creed in general was how it could be a sublime stealth puzzle where you could slowly depopulate an entire area without having to draw your sword.

To be honest, even without the pandemic... this is generally how I play games.
I was pretty sick (normal sick, low-grade fever etc.) a few weeks ago and it took everything I had to use a sick day because I kept telling myself, “Well, you can sit in front of a computer, you aren’t that sick.”
I’ve been settling into FF14 since a couple of weeks ago, and I’m finally at what is supposed to be the last mission in A Realm Reborn, so I’m looking forward to finishing up the first arc tonight, and a little hesitant because most people say that the worst part of the story is the connecting quests between the end…
I really couldn’t stand that you are absolutely required to keep that one specific islander, and can’t just let it cycle to someone else.
I will find one episode of something on Youtube, and before I know it, it has played in the background all day and I’ve watched years of content from one creator. Or, if I run out of content from 1 creator, I find that somehow Youtube thinks I want to listen to Jordan Peterson.
This is the real answer. I do the same with calls for suspicious activity on my credit card. I call the contact number the website provides.
Not to harsh your mellow, but I think it caps at 99,999 each month anyway?
I’m finally coming full circle back to FF14 after buying it at launch. I’m just starting out, and I’m getting the hang of early gameplay. I expect this weekend to be a bit of plowing through the story, and then looking for people to play with as I don’t really have an MMO circle of friends anymore.
Welcome Insterstate Managers is still my secret favorite album, and the pinnacle of the ‘this song got me to buy this album, but I love everything else on it more’.
I just moved back into a position that I left over a year ago, with better pay (because they couldn’t find anyone to work at what I left over). The problem is my boss retired after I left, and the culture in the office shifted pretty hard. I like the direction, but that also means there are a lot of little changes…
Always a little cynical about the ‘best decision for the customer’ standpoint. More likely that they didn’t want their physical release copies to sit unpurchased on shelves in places that were forced to shut down as being non-essential.
Select your bell amount in your inventory. Heads up, 10,000 is the max you should plant.
“Had this been a regular purchase it wouldn’t have made ALL THE money.”
My only goal was not-peaches, with pears preferred. My first start was peaches with green airport. Second was pears with green airport. I was happy.
I think I have an admittedly poorly thought out and loony theory regarding this. Small font is not a new problem, but it is such a minor problem that there are only minor complaints about it. However, it is seen as a big win when the developer fixes the font size afterwards.
I’m not sure I mind this as much as I thought I would, but I definitely think that the sturdy tools should not require me to have to craft a flimsy first. It should have a secondary recipe that just uses the amount of resources it would take to do the two-step.
“forcing you to leave a big, ugly hole behind as you run back to a workbench to make a new one.”
I got a notification that my shipment could be delayed a few days, so I jumped on the digital bandwagon. I’ve got the app icon taunting me right now, and I am trying my best not to overconsume media before release; but I really need an escape right now. 5 minutes ago they confirmed the first case of COVID in my city.
I remember buying games at Toys R Us, and they had a little office type area you’d bring your game slip and receipt to, and they’d push out the game in one of those convenience store till box.
