Didn’t Anthem seems to be shaping up to punish this by taking a ‘living world’ approach, through episodic content?  So, if you aren’t an early adopter you are literally going to start missing out on content.

You don’t have someone on-deck, if you don’t expect them to be batting.

I’m automatically gonna be snubbed for this, but FFVII is the reason I’m a gamer at all. It remains my favorite iteration of FF (tied with original Tactics) to this day. I learned the systems inside and out and it cemented itself as what got me into JRPG’s.

I legitimately wanted to like VIII.  I could not, at all.  The

“You remember the Noodle Incident!  This is why you can’t have nice things, like Mother 3.”

Yeah, but I normally throw them on to see the fit before they go in the wash.  I meant more along the lines “I wouldn’t even consider wearing it for longer than a second”.

This is something I came to learn is a thing when I used to work at GameStop. And when I started doing it, I started doing it with everything I bought new that was packaged. It’s kinda interesting to find some things that just smell absolutely terrible out of the package, a weird sort of chemical packaging smell.

Most

Second the bidet, honestly best 30 bucks I’ve ever spent.  I also use about a third of the paper I normally would, because mostly I’m just drying at that point.

Ahem.

Personal Massager.

I’ve got the GCU from Best Buy for about 10 more months, after that... Yeah, there is pretty much no reason to pre-order anything, even if there is barely anything available now.

Games are starting to do what BioWare and EA are trying to do.  Live service style games that offer something in the way of story or content

At this point, I’ve just taken to watching Smoove or someone else since 2k seems to dump almost unlimited amounts of VC on them to promote their game.

It’s basically the most painless way to experience the game, and if the best way to experience your game is not playing your game... you are doing something wrong.

Picked up my copy on my lunch break and have been staring longingly at the door to my office for five hours.

I’ve got four hours to go.  You aren’t making this very easy.

Yeah, I take it as someone who is used to how his interactions with his mother play out, and how society has informed us we ‘have to’ act with our family.

Good on her.

Yep.  Same here.  Nissan actually offered me a better financing deal if I went with them (and have been great since Hurricane Harvey), but USAA was super helpful to start the process.

You’ve got my permission for a shameless plug, if you got anything.

Eh, normal time-management stuff; I guess. Do you react to calls for help, go patrolling, or do you make your way out to your 9-5? Do you take the moral low-ground when no one would know any different to make sure that your refrigerator isn’t empty so you can spend more time crime-fighting, or do the ‘goody two-shoes’

One of my favorite moments was when GameStop set up the game to be played during the (I think) movie release at midnight. I got a chance to play right as a news station came in, and apparently did well enough with it that they told me to keep playing while they got footage. They took forever, but I got to play for

I think a game about being a superhero, but having to pay rent/maintain relationships would be awesome. Throw in some moral choices (like do you return both bags of stolen money?) and baby, you’ve got a stew going.

Ok, but...  Where’s the lie?

You played Tetris.
