I absolutely agree.  Max Payne 3 was consistently on my lips as being one of the best games I played the year it released.  Still think so.

Game was good. But, it still felt like there was a plethora of options to allow for more heist scenarios, that just fell by the wayside to allow for the pushing of their online service.

I’m not saying it is terrible, and doesn’t make sense... I just always prefer single-player content.

Too much coverage might not be good for a game that might shine light on microtransactions that might be involved with the online portion of the game.  They know people will buy this game sight-unseen because of the pedigree.
