Army made me get off my damn high-horse of being ‘better than those racist fucks I went to highschool with’, and really confront that I wasn’t doing it because of some moral superiority, but a need to feel superior.

I’m pretty sure the examples were about cake... not pie.
God, I worked inventory at one point. Cronyism contracts made the cost of replacing things like a single wrench in a four-foot tall toolbox comparable to buying a new toolbox and keeping the old stuff as replacement.
So, after a couple hours on the trial... I feel like the game has issues, but if you are a big ME fan you can take those in stride for more of the universe.
There are some pretty spoilery moments I won’t go into that just seem like the VA’s were given the wrong tone description for the lines, and then the animators just took the tone they heard and tried to animate that instead. Smiles instead of worry, that sort of thing.

Also that the theme of the ending of the game felt like a complete 180 to whole theme Mass Effect had been following up to that point.
And it tastes bad when you lick the escapism.
There was a post here recently about people actually being angry that someone was using (and doing well with) a non-meta team. Because you can’t prepare for it or something, so it’s unfair.
‘Most of his games’ was less wordy than repeating ‘because it’s attached to the Tom Clancy name’. I was assuming understood context.
I’ll concede that not many people hunt it down because of the Tom Clancy name, but I think the people that specifically do still fall under my point.
No real context, but this is a good starting point.
Yeah, but they are all ‘political’ in a sense. They play on real-world fears and problems to create an adversary, even if that adversary changes and morphs to be acceptable in our current climate.
I feel like most people who pursued it because it’s attached to the Tom Clancy name (even if just in the past) want it to be political. That seems to be a (no pun intended) bullet-point on most of his games.
“churn out another homophobic joke. Wildlands wants them to feel alluring, but they mostly just feel like assholes.”
So, what you are saying is that AI is becoming more lifelike?
Is it weird that knowing this game is coming out soon is making it easier to manage the wait for Mass Effect: Andromeda?
I don’t get it. Are we talking about Starscream or Megatron?
Alternatively, you should throw out all of your other consoles as they are likely causing interference as well. Even some game cases that have too much inside them may be causing issues. Aside from Amiibos, interactive figures such as Disney Infinity and Skylanders could also be contributing to your connectivity…
I feel like this is part of why Sleeping Dogs worked so well... As an American, I had connection to the main character due to nationality, but I could experience a whole other side to it.
My friend solely plays against the AI for this reason, and I find I have much more fun playing with him against AI than I do against other players.
Double negatives are a fun way to get people to answer incorrectly.
