Ahh, the Ginza cats. Some old dude ALWAYS puts his cat(s) up on there, and stands off to the side, waiting for people to come by and take pictures. I've seen him do it a few times, he's just looking for attention (for his cats?).

They have all the proper equipment: cameras, lenses, mics, green screens, reflectors, tripods, fluid heads, LED light panels, etc. I highly doubt anyone filming their first video would be that organized, or pay up the cash for all that.
