That’s not a real mustang picture, where’s the bystanders he ran over?
Nailed it.
I would but I need to buy wax and it’s going to rain this week. Don’t hate on my Chally.
Beacause Roadkill.
It sounds like a lawnmower-swapped civic with a tiny fart can on it.
This platform really needs to win; a platform to build the Challenger/Charger on that doesn’t weigh 2 tons will go a long way to competing with Ford and Chevy in the “muscle car” arena. I keep hearing that the next generation of those cars (~’18) will be built on this.
ICE = in car entertainment. I’ve seen the term used a lot before, though that’s the first time I’ve personally used it.
That’s a literal choking hazard, man.
The irony is I have a 2016 Challenger that does exactly this through Uconnect Access.
I don’t think it’s a move of desperation. I think it’s a strategic move to position FCA ahead of the other big 2 in tech. IMO, uconnect is already the best ICE you can find in a US brand car.
When I test drove my Challenger last November (that I ended up buying), I had never used Uconnect. It took me probably 5 seconds to pair my phone and I never had to set a single thing up. It all just worked. IMAPI, voice text & call, the works. Ditto my 64gb USB drive full of music, 30 seconds of reading and making…
Not sure I’d call FCA the least technologically advanced major car company. Uconnect, despite its early security flaws (which are not exclusive to the industry, mind you) is actually pretty fantastic.
You’re doing god’s work, friend.
Reminds me the time I was working at a local ice cream joint in high school and charged some guy $120 instead of $12. He swiped and entered PIN without looking. The look on his face when he came back later...
See, the problem is you’re still thinking about NASCAR as a racing sport. It’s not. That’s not why we love it. It’s the automotive equivelant of boxing. Beer me.
Morons can still (and are possibly more likely to) sue. Probably, someone in a conference room full of suits did the cost-risk analysis and decided this would likely be cheaper.
