This is horrific.
This is horrific.
How does every day continue to get worse?
These are the stories of the anonymous in this country. There’s no political clout to be gained, so the politicians don’t care; there’s no real big-city appeal, so the media isn’t interested; and the citizens are, mostly, members of groups that are ostracized, so there’s no big charity push. There’s a resiliency there…
I would like to caution everyone away from reading a rebuke to Trump from Alabama in these election results, because what they actually indicate is something far more disturbing:
Now’s a good time to mention Doug Jones, the Dem opponent of Moore. He successfully prosecuted KKK members for murder and is a really good candidate, said not to have a prayer of winning but I contributed anyway. We should fight every race.
What???? You just don’t know how to handle your fixer upper. All you have to do is knock down every wall that doesn’t enclose a bedroom or bathroom, reroute all your home’s ducting, wiring, and plumbing, refinish the entire exterior, spend $20k on landscaping, shiplap, shiplap, shiplap, and you’re done. Easy peasy.
Are you suggesting that I should care about black people being brutalized and killed by the police when I’m EXTREMELY BUSY worrying about what is going to happen to all the pets affected by Harvey, Irma, and Maria?
This, ladies and gentlemen, is white privilege in a nutshell.
I’m starting to get this feeling that Trump does not like black people.
The day dawned cold and cloudy—the skies curdling in despair at what lay before the doomed.
Didn’t I read that he’d added someone from the criminal investigations unit of the IRS a couple of weeks ago?
