Thanks for your comment. You would not believe the hateful vengence in which people have been flaming me today over such a simple comment. I guess they own those cars. :)

Proof that Michael Waltrip is better at doing play by play of this rabbit than being a functional race car driver.

The yearning I have for this car is so unreasonably strong that I literally cannot express it properly with any words in the English language.

Europe has a plethora of “general transportation” commodity vehicles. The thing is, they’re not sold in the US.

Personally I dont’ care where a car is made as long as it’s a high quality vehicle. Korea, America and Japan make most of the “general transportation” commodity vehicles. Of course they do make cars that aren’t pure crap but those are usually the exception rather than the rule.

Had one of these for a loaner car for a week. I wanted to shoot myself every day walking out to it in the parking lot. Safe to say it got abused

Most of the cars from Korea, America or Japan. Appliance cars. Microwave ovens with seats and wheels.

Yes. I rented one of these for vacation when my friend and I were going to be spending a week road tripping around New England. I wanted a Fiesta, and it’s fuel economy, but they’d rented them all out and only had this left. Turns out I shouldn’t have wasted the money on the rental. Not only was the Versa

The Compass is worse, take all the awfulness of the Caliber, and slap on some faux “You wouldn’t understand, it’s a Jeep thing” badges.

yes. any of the last of the Daimler-era Chrysler vehicles. The Caliber, Avenger, Sebring, Commander, Grand Cherokee, Caravan, Town & Country, Nitro, and Liberty had so much Stuttgart-mandated cost cutting that they were legitimate pieces of shit. That those Nazis had the balls to brand a car as cheaply kitted out as

Bruh.

Ahem.

Well, more believable than that other Aston....

I always tell people they have the same grill and similar front end. VALIDATION.

(Best Clarkson Voice) “No, it isn’t an Aston Martin, it’s just not.”

Why? Why would they lower themselves to this? They are a high end, ultra high performance sport bike manufacturer. I would never see them in any other light.

This one was made from 2005-11, and it was kind of a turd. Mom has a red one, and I got to actually drive it once. Let’s say the handling was about as good as the 1954 Chevy panel truck upon which the styling was based. Meh gas mileage at best, cramped seating in back.

I absolutely love Zanardi. That one is next on my list. Thanks for the heads up!
