Thanks, I did buy it from a used car lot. I am confused if they are under the same obligation to tell a customer. I would assume they have to. Aren”t they obligated to tell you? I found it on my own after the problem was found and did some research. The Company is obligated to let you know, or am a wrong?

I wonder if sometimes it has to do with politics, IE GM IE Toyoda-regulators pick everything apart. Not defending the company, but I see this as one issue. I don’t want ppl to die because of a company not doing it’s job.
