I dunno about that. Afaik there are no laws stating that you have to be 18+ to purchase lighters or spray paint, yet lots of stores don’t let minors buy those things. Hell, I got carded at Target for buying a lighter a few weeks ago. I once got carded buying an off-brand 5 hour energy drink!
