Wow, I'm sorry to hear that! That's scary. It is great that you have the mindset that it's not the vaccine's fault (or whatever crazy thoughts people have) but rather that vaccines aren't always fullproof. Our immune systems are so different! So depending on others for herd immunity is ESSENTIAL.

And before anyone brings up the fact that some of the people who were affected were vaccinated: 1)vaccines like the MMR vaccine aren't 100% effective but are damn near close and 2) they would've never gotten measles if those who weren't vaccinated were initially vaccinated. That's what herd immunity is.
