How about a good ol' cup of tea? Huh? No? Okay, I'll just be sitting in the corner, sipping on my cup of delicious tea and judging you on your choice of Pumpkin Spice Latte.

No problem, I do understand your original point.

Well, you could take your same question (which is a fine question, I'm not saying anything bad about it) and apply it to passages in the Bible, for instance, that we know aren't taken literally by modern-day Christians.

Understandable, but I was born into Islam, so I think it's okay for me to say something like that.

These people have no idea what Islam is, then. Ugh.

I can totally see your point. I think the thicker black belt is fine, just not this one. If it was a more sleeker-looking thick belt, that would be awesome!

My first thought when reading about the Kardashian Konundrum: YAY.

Exactly, a skinny belt would look better IMO.

Fun color, fun dress, but I wish the belt wasn't as clunky-looking.

At my university, I guess we had a major (education?) that worked with the wee little tots, and we'd see the "kids on the rope" (which is what we referred to them as) all of the time! They were so cute to watch, just hanging onto the rope. Especially in winter with their adorable winter coats. SQUEE!

Hooooo-leeee fuckkk.

Oh for fuck's sake, you have absolutely no reading comprehension skills, nor can you read between the lines or understand the tone of that one quoted sentence. You're taking those 2 sentences at face value, and you're not trying to comprehend what it implies.

That's what I got out of it, too. I think at least, haha.

"You need to give your husband a blow job every day. He should feel like a king."

Fuck that mom. You deserve your $15, even if it's just $15! Ugh, kids these days AND their entitled parents.

Well said, well said.

Yeah, thanks for taking one for the team on the Gawker comments, Penny! Those comments made me want to hurl.

I know, right?! Ugh. People don't understand boundaries. And also, ignore the dumb troll who made comments to you on this thread. His comments on the Gawker thread were just so rage-inducing, and I really hate that his presence is now here.

Over on Gawker where I first read about this, there's a comment in one thread from, I think, a woman (the username starts with Mrs., so I'm just assuming) from Norway who is agreeing that Americans need to chill and that she (he?) doesn't consider this to be sexual assault.

Exactly, it's very unsettling to think about the underlying misogyny and control issues that drive this sot of industry.
