Haha, I actually do all of the tea-drinking, baking, and watching TV thing already. Pretty much my hobby. I like making lists too, but I never tend to stick to them! I've done hour-by-hour lists too, but I tend to get off track so easily :\

How do you guys de-stress during crunch time? Like, I know how to wind down after a stressful moment is over, but I don't know how to prevent stress during a moment where I'm under pressure. My body just goes into freak-out mode, not panic attacks, but just this prolonged feeling of unease.

I like her so much. I used to really dislike her during her Hannah Montana fame, but she has grown on me so much ever since. I tried explaining that to my roommate recently (she hates Miley Cyrus), and she just didn't want to hear it. But Miley seems cool, smart, and caring.
