i hear you. i have dabbled. (actually - partly b.c i hang out with a lot of brits and not to use a stereotype but it is pretty common amongst londoners) the idea of unkowingly doing an opiate - i would surely OD the first time exposed. it’s really scary.

not sure. he did use opiates. i think he was addicted.  and there were pills and powder found at the scene. i googled it further today. sad either way.

I LOVE living in CA, and LA specifically.  The weather is amazing, we have the beach we have the mountains.  It’s expensive and traffic is intense but you get used to it and it’s an exciting place to live.
